Obituary for Mounira Daoud

Mounira Daoud, 84, of Coldwater, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017 at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Coldwater with Rev. Fr. Paul Redmond officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, January 27, 2017 from 6-8:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Mounira was born October 3, 1932 in Ean - Al Shara, Syria to Ibrahim & Malaka (Taweel) Daoud. She married Mikael K. Daoud on November 12, 1947 in Ean – Al Shara, Syria. He preceded her in death July 31, 2010.
Mrs. Daoud was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker, raising twelve children. She emigrated to the U.S. with her husband in 2004. Mounira was a vibrant, nurturing woman. She enjoyed crocheting and loved to socialize with others. She was a fantastic cook and took great pride in making sure no one ever left hungry.
Mounira is survived by her twelve children including Dr. Joudat (Patrice) Daoud, Drs. Akram (Christina) Daoud, Dr. Seham (Naja Almalouf) Daoud, Drs. Soud (Adnan) Daoud, 39 grandchildren including Mikael (Michelle), John, Daniel, Alex, Jennifer, Amanda and Mikaela Daoud, Dr. Dima (Tariq) Youssef, Dr. Ibrahim Youssef, Dr. Philip Almalouf, Feras Almalouf and many great grandchildren.
