Obituary for Joseph T. Antoszkiewicz

Joseph T. Antoszkiewicz, 91 of Bronson passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Thurston Woods in Sturgis.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 18 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Mary’s of Assumption Church with Father Paul Redmond officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, November 17 2016 from 5 – 8 P.M., with the Rosary to begin at 7:00 P.M., at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson. Joseph was born October 1, 1925 to Walter and Theresa (Herman) Antoszkiewicz in Bronson. Joe was a life-long farmer. On June 23, 1962 he married the love of his life, Clara Vorce in Bronson. She preceded him in death on May 9, 2016. Together they worked the family farm and raised their family. Joe was a man of faith and a long-time member of St. Mary’s. For Joe, life revolved around taking care of his family and the family farm. He especially enjoyed farming with his Farmall and International tractors. Joe will be remembered as a hardworking man who was always busy doing chores.. Mr. Antoszkiewicz is survived by his daughter Margaret Powell of Bronson; his sister Regina (William) Molargik of Corunna, IN; and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 53 years Clara, his son Anthony Antoszkiewicz, his brothers Frank and Raymond Antoszkiewicz; and his sister & brother in law Mary & Jacob Kruszka.
