Amy Jo Murdock, 45, of Quincy, passed away, unexpectedly, on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at her home.
The funeral will be Friday, June 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Most Rev. Mark Vyverman V.F. from St. Charles Borromeo Church officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 5-8:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home, with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM.
Amy Jo was born May 7, 1971 in Coldwater, MI to Gerald & Linda (Temples) Hudson. She attended Coldwater High School and St. Charles Church.
Amy worked as a para pro in the Coldwater Schools and also at Tennico in Angola. She most recently worked for Securitas - business security, where she was currently still working. Amy enjoyed crocheting, bowling and playing softball. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her 3 boys.
Amy is survived by her sons Chancelir Murdock of Coldwater, Zachary Murdock of Quincy, Tyler Murdock of Coldwater, her parents Gerald and Linda Hudson of Coldwater, sisters Andrea (Gene) Ritter of Dunkirk, IN, Jennifer (Carl) Moore of Boyceville, WI, special friend Jason DuBour, former spouse Mike Murdock of Coldwater, 6 nephews and nieces.
Memorials may be directed to the family to help with expenses.
