Obituary for Clara M. Antoszkiewicz

Clara Mae Antoszkiewicz, 83 of Bronson passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Sturgis Hospital.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s of Assumption Church with Rev. Richard Fritz officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 5 – 8 P.M., with the Rosary to begin at 7:00 P.M., at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.

Clara was born September 22, 1932 to David and Goldie (Moser) Vorce in LaGrange, Indiana. On June 23, 1962 she married the love of her life Joseph Antoszkiewicz in Bronson. Together they worked the family farm and raised their family.

Clara was a woman of faith and a long-time member of St. Mary’s. She enjoyed sewing, going to auctions with her mom and sister, and doing word search puzzles. Clara loved to spend time at home, especially being around her family.

Mrs. Antoszkiewicz is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joe Antoszkiewicz of Bronson; her daughter Margaret Powell of Bronson; her sister Janice Modert of Florida; her sister-in-law Bertha Vorce of Bronson; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son Anthony Antoszkiewicz; her brothers Duane, David Jr., and Donald Vorce; her sister Sandra Jewett; her sister-in-law Vera Vorce; and her brother-in-law Ron Modert.
