Larry Morrison, 76 formerly of Coldwater passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Poppen Residence in Muskegon.

A funeral service will take place at 12:00 Noon on Friday, November 27, 2015 at Girard United Methodist Church with Pastor Cydney Idsingna officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service starting at 11:00 AM.

Larry was born February 10, 1939 to Floyd and M. Rolene (Russell) Morrison in Girard. After graduation from Coldwater High School, he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University. He spent most of his working career as a sales engineer with Clark Equipment.

Larry was a member of the Girard UMC, the Fort Wayne Jaycees, and the Grand Haven Elks. He was an avid MSU fan. Larry enjoyed riding motorcycles, doing puzzles, and watching Jeopardy. He will be remembered for his outgoing, charming, and positive demeanor. Larry was always easygoing, and quick with a joke.

Mr. Morrison is survived by his daughters Terri (Gary) Merz of Maineville, OH and Lynda (Thomas) Heflin of Burlington, KY; his brother Russell (Jean) Morrison of Coldwater; his sister-in-law Janice Morrison of Coldwater; his grandchildren Steven, David, Daniel, Elizabeth, and Mary Merz, Nathaniel, Gabriel, and Elayna Heflin; several nieces and nephews; and a special thanks to Dennis & Ned. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Beverly Morrison; his brother Floyd and twin brother Harry Morrison; and his sister-in-law Carol Morrison.
