Lester H. "Luke" Case, 72, of Coldwater, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home in Bronson with Pastor Terry Siler from the First Congregational Church officiating. Private interment of ashes will follow at Snow Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, November 9, 2015 from 4-8:00 PM at Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home.
Lester was born December 21, 1942 in Matteson Township to Lester M. & Cecyl (Weinberg) Case.
Mr. Case was a lifelong farmer, owning and operating his family farm. He was a member of the UCT organization and enjoyed playing cards. Lester was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his sons Dennis Case, Brian (Jennifer) Case all of Bronson, his brother Rolland Vallance of Coldwater, grandchildren Nathan Smoker, John and Steven Case, Katelyn Mercer, Brianna and Lindsey Case, great grandchildren Avery and Theo Case, his former wife Sandra Case of Coldwater and former daughter-in-law Shelly Case of Constantine.
He was preceded in death by his parents and step brother Chuck Vallance.
