Obituary for Elizabeth A. Yentz

Elizabeth Arlene Yentz, 86 of Bronson passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Sturgis Hospital.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will hold a memorial service at 11:30 AM on Monday October 19, 2015 at Bronson Church of Christ with Evangelist Mike Roberts officiating. Interment will take place at Bronson Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 11:00 AM. The family is being cared for by Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home.

Elizabeth was born January 27, 1929 to Arthur and Freida (Christy) Graham in Monroe, MI. On July 17, 1948 she married the love of her life Howard Yentz in Monroe. They moved to Bronson in 1996 to be close to their daughter after Howard’s retirement. He preceded her in death on September 1, 2006.

Elizabeth was a woman of faith and a member of Bronson Church of Christ. She always put her family first and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Elizabeth will be remembered as being very outgoing, welcoming, and giving. She will be missed by many.

Mrs. Yentz is survived by her daughter Debra (Mark) Cosby of Bronson; her grandchildren Mark (Rachel) Cosby of Sturgis, Miranda (Jeff) Harvey of Bronson and Matthew Cosby of Bronson; her great grandchildren Connor Harvey, Caleb Harvey, Claire Harvey, Brayton Cosby, Adelynn Cosby, and Carson Cosby. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sisters Virginia McKinney, Delores Green, and Mary Gose; her brothers Melvin Graham and Arthur “Babe” Graham.
