Karl L. Porter, 50, of Coldwater, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at his home.
Services will be held at a later date at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI. Cremation has taken place.
Karl was born September 8, 1965 in Sturgis, MI to LeRoy & Juanita (Hartung) Porter. He served honorably in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Porter was an executive chef and manager for the Klinger Lake Country Club in Sturgis for many years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a devoted family man who enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Karl is survived by his children Chae, Carmen and Cecilia Porter, Hannah Schonfeld, his sisters Donna Oldenberg, Debbie Rayner, Diane Yost, Marcia Lindsey, Janet Ford, Rhoda Smith,Theresa Yost, his grandchildren Ahmirah, Olivia, Damien, Heydin, Lucas, Sebastian, McKenzie and Bella.
