Obituary for Keith D. Staley

Keith D. Staley, 62, of Coldwater, passed away Friday, July 17, 2015 at his home.
The funeral service will be Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with Asst. Pastor Terry Staley from New Testament Bible Church in Elkhart, IN officiating. Military Honors will be presented by the American Legion # 52 Drill Team. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 21, 2015 from 4-8:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home.
Keith was born October 9, 1952 in Elkhart, IN to Karl & Harriett (Kipp) Staley and served in the US Marine Corps. He married Evon M. Winger June 16, 1979 in Coldwater.
Mr. Staley had worked at Lakeland Correctional Facility from July 1987 – Sept. 1995. Keith was very computer savvy. He owned and operated his own computer business in Hillsdale then went to work in 2001 for St. Joseph ISD, in computer technology, retiring in 2010. Keith also owned the former Centerfield Sports Card Shop in Coldwater.
Keith enjoyed time in his “mancave.” He became a master at anything he wanted to learn and enjoyed rebuilding cars, bodywork and fixing mowers. Keith was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, gardening and mushroom hunting.
Keith is survived by his wife Evon, his children Blake (Tricia Moses) Staley, Stephanie Losinski both of Coldwater, Jamie Staley of Coldwater, Carrie (Kurt) Barve of Quincy, his siblings Terry (Diane) Staley of Elkhart, IN, Ken Staley of Coldwater, Salinda (Terry) Ash of Coldwater, Doug (Loretta) Staley of Evansville, IN, Rosie (Scott) Kelley of Coldwater and his grandchildren Kohen, Sienna, Jourdan, Dalton, Emma and Max. He was preceded in death by both parents.
