Penny Sue Omo, 65 of Coldwater passed away on Tuesday, December 02, 2014 at Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility.

In following Penny’s wishes, cremation has taken place and the family will hold a memorial service with interment at Oak Grove Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements were cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home.

Penny was born November 9, 1949 to Robert D. and Mary E. (Thomas) Omo in Coldwater. She lived her entire life in the Coldwater area. Penny worked as a receptionist at Southern Michigan Bank for many years. She will be remembered as an easy going, people person with a free spirit. Penny enjoyed gardening, being outdoors, and doing word search puzzles. She had a love for animals and cherished her dog “Duchess”. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Penny is survived by family, friends and co-workers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Omo.
