I remember Dave when I was  a kid on Hawley street in Quincy.  He lived down the street from us and was friends with my mom .  He was a very kind and caring person and was good at calming a bad situation down .  I always will remember the kind words and the caring as an officer and a friend to our community he always gave.  RIP Dave
