Condolence: Susan was such a fun loving woman. My fondest memories were shopping trips to chicago when the hospital used to take them in November. We laughed so hard on our return trip that our stomachs would hurt the next day !!! I'm sure she is spreading JOY in heaven everyday !!!

Condolence: The whole Johnson family was blessed to meet Susan for the first time at Gary and Susan's wedding- an event we all talk about to this day! What a blast that was- the one and only time our whole family ever got out on the floor and line danced! Susan was one of the nicest and most genuine people you could ever meet. Faith I have many fond memories of you and your mom and you have always had her infectious smile and a way to make others laugh and feel special. Although life has separated us, my memories of your mom are like they happened yesterday. Condolence: I was able to get to know Susan a little bit while working at the high school for a few years. You would walk into her office and her smiling face was your greeting no matter if you were just passing through, or stopping by for a quick question or chat. I then was able to work with her a few times at the Jr. High basketball games, and she would again greet you with that infectious smile and the night would always be a great one. I love how each time when she had the chance, she would show me a new project she would be working on, she would smile with each word as she described the detail of what she was working on :) Her face would light up even brighter any time she talked of her family, I just feel so blessed to have been in her presence and her absolute kindness. I can't say enough for only knowing her the short time I knew her, she was such a blessing, and she will be dearly missed.

Condolence: I am deeply sorry for the loss of Susan Norris. The staff, students and community of Bronson have lost a special friend. I had the pleasure to work with Susan while coaching girls track at BHS. She was so helpful to not only me but all the coaches. Her smile and laugh were indeed infectious. Condolence: I am so sad that Susie's time here has passed. She and I became friends back in the 5th or 6th grade. I remember an overnight at her house and how much fun we had. Her mom made some yummy pudding for dessert! I lived away for 28 years after we graduated but when I would visit she always welcomed me as a friend. Her smile and joy was contagious. Condolence: I have been struggling the past couple of days, thinking of my family and friends and their/our loss of Susan. My memories of "Susie" could fill a book, her love of life, love of family, love of children, her smile, her artsy fartsy talents, playing charades, The Halloween Party with bonfires, and laughing. Always laughing, her laugh and smile that made her eyes sparkle, her contagious laugh, and the times with my father with peppermint schnapps and blueberry cheesecake. These are just a few things that keep drifting into my mind. Susan was my friend first, and then my family, she was "Aunt Susie" and words can only scratch the surface of what she meant to us. I will miss her greatly, but I think you could say that Susan made a difference to many people by just being a part of their lives. I know I am proud to call her family, and friend. I think she and my dad must be sharing a nip of schnapps right now, and when we meet again she will give me one of her famous hugs and tell me one of her jokes.

My favorite photo from our wedding was the one Susan took of me when she told me to stop and look down at my flowers as I left the church. She had the grace of an artist. Condolence: I've known Sue since 1963 and have fond memories of our "secret" club--the only members were Sue & I, hoping that the school bus couldn't make it down Webb Road and the fun times we all had when we were neighbors. I haven't stayed in touch much but the few times I've seen here since I've lived back in Michigan she made the years apart just fade away. She was a very talented and caring person and will be greatly missed.

Condolence: I first met Susan roughly 20 years ago at the Stampede. She is truly an amazing and beautiful woman. She never met a stranger and blessed every single person she'd ever come in contact with. She is one of God's angels and I am forever blessed to have known her for so many years and to have shared so many wonderful memories with her dancing, laughing, and enjoying life. She is a true teacher of what it means to love one another unconditionally and to truly enjoy and love life. She always had a smile and a hug to share. She shared her infectious smile and huge heart with everyone. I am a better person for knowing her and feel extremely blessed to have had her friendship. My heart aches for all of her family and friends. God has called one of His beautiful angels home. Susan, you are and will always be LOVED and missed.
