Obituary for Everett D. Egbert

Everett D. Egbert, 67, of Bronson, passed away quietly in his home, surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 20, 2011.


Everett was born August 30, 1944 in Akron, Ohio to Gordon and Mildred (Geiseringer) Egbert. He married Sharon Pinchoff on September 4, 1992 in Toledo, Ohio.


Mr. Egbert was a maintenance manager at Willis Day in Toledo, Ohio for many years retiring in 2003. He was an ordained Reverend and a resident of Ohio for most of his life, coming to the Branch County area in the last few years. Everett enjoyed all types of racing, racing late model stock cars himself, #74 for 5 years. He also enjoyed woodworking, fishing, boating and spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.


Everett is survived by his wife Sharon, his children Tracey (Chet) Pieper of Gibsonburg , OH, Gordon (Sandy) Egbert of Toledo OH, Kelly (Kent) Hahn of Napoleon, OH, Heather Egbert (Devon Schooner) of Bowling Green, OH, his 6 grandchildren Hayley, Hunter,& Jordon Egbert, Khristina & Khaiden Hahn and Skylar Schooner, his brother Dave(Lois) Egbert of Belleville, MI, his mother-in-law Margaret Kanouff of Toledo, OH, his Uncle Craig (Pauline) White of Petersburg, MI, and many nieces and nephews.


No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home in Bronson.
