When I heard that Joe had passed I pictured him in my mind when we were in the 6th grade. He was always smiling, laughing and cuttin' up.He was not just a cousin, he was my friend,too. May God bless you and comfort you as only He can. There's not many Osbornes' here in Kentucky. When we hear of one of our own who has gone to be with the Lord, it brings back good memories of what a big family we all were. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
