Obituary for Jack T. Noblit Sr.

Jack T. Noblit, Sr., 71, of Coldwater, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 at his home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 3 – 6:00 PM at the Coldwater Eagles. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Jack was born January 2, 1941 in Hillsdale County to Clarence and Vivian (Hoppfee) Noblit. He married Sarah J. Draper on October 4, 1958 in Washington, D.C.
Jack worked many years with the Highway Department for the State of Michigan, then was a truck driver for 15 years for various companies. He was a member of the Coldwater Eagles, enjoyed riding motorcycles and dancing at the Burnside Senior Center. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Jack is survived by his wife Sarah, his sons Jack (Brenda) Noblit, Jr., Jeffery (Linda) Noblit and Joddie Noblit all of Coldwater, his daughters Jacqueline (Matt) Thryselius of Coldwater, Johnanna (Loren) Franham of Montgomery, Lorraine Noblit of Reading, Jean (William) Osborn of Coldwater and Lisa (Chris) Inman of Fremont, IN, his brother Robert Noblit of Coldwater, his sisters Patricia Miller of Coldwater and Harriett “Peggy” (Bill) Vernon of Ocala, FL, 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several grand dogs, including his special companion “Lady”.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Clarence Noblit, Jr. and Joseph Noblit and his sister-in-law Mary Noblit.
